The Associate in Science in Public and Social Services (ASPSS) degree in Recreation Services is designed for adults working as providers of community recreation or recreational services. To complete the Practicum, students must have current work experience in recreational services, or be able to complete a 250-hour volunteer experience. In addition, students must work in the United States or be a U.S. citizen working on a U.S. military base overseas. The program does not lead to certification in recreation therapy. This is a 60-credit program.
