
Dr. Santora has published numerous articles in leading academic journals and maintains keen research interests in leadership and management, and succession and leadership development.
At Thomas Edison State College, he was instrumental in developing the new Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership, and played a key role in revising the curriculum of the Master of Science in Management degree program.
Dr. Santora earned his doctoral degree (EdD) from Fordham University; and received Master of Arts from New York University and Seton Hall University; and his Bachelor of Science degree from Seton Hall University. In addition, he earned fellowships from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University, and at Teacher’s College at Columbia University.
