Thomas Edison State College Veterans' Benefit Packet*: 
This packet outlines the steps and procedures required for obtaining Veterans' Administration (VA) educational benefits. Students will be required to submit either:

• Form A (if Thomas Edison State College is their home institution and they plan on attending classes at another college/university); or
• Form B (if they plan on taking their courses at Thomas Edison State College).

Students are also required to submit the Information Sheet included as part of this packet.

VA Form 22-1995 Request for Change of Program or Place of Training: 
Located on the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Veteran Online Application Web site (VONAPP), this form is to be completed by veterans who have used their VA benefits at another college/university and who would like to name Thomas Edison State College as their primary school.

VA Form 22-1990 Request for VA Education Benefits: 
Also located on the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Veteran Online Application Web site (VONAPP), this form is to be completed by veterans who have never used their VA benefits before.
